You can place the fourth rope in the right spot by going to the very top of the first rope and deploying another rope. The second rope (or two ropes go inbetween the first and second laser and then the fourth rope needs to get exactly one tile above the second laser. The first rope needs to go exactly under the first laser. Here you'll need to throw 3 or four ropes. This will release bubbles in the center of the level. Don't worry about Tiamat, just place one bomb at her feet. Manage to get through all of Neo-Babylon without blowing up and come out to Tiamat on 6-4. Steal a jetpack from the shopkeep (or find some way to finance it) and move on to 6-1. You'll also need one bomb and at least three ropes but hopefully four ropes by the time you get to Tiamat so hold on to those. So, starting at 5-1, you need to find a jetpack.
